2. Transportation: This product is non-flammable and can be stored and transported as a general chemical.

3. Storage: It should be stored in a dry and ventilated place, shelf life is 1 year. If the product has crystallization solidification, it can be heated at 80 ° C and melted thoroughly before use.

Q: Can the composite material made of this resin withstand long-term high temperature environments? What is the temperature range?

A: Liquid Naphthalene epoxy resin has excellent high temperature resistance, usually its long-term use temperature can reach more than 150°C, short-term temperature resistance can exceed 200°C, very suitable for the production of composite parts that need to work in high temperature environment.

Q:How does the use of this resin package affect the long-term reliability of electronic components?

A: N-140S does not contain curing agents and is a one-component epoxy resin that requires additional curing agents for curing. If the subsequent application requires high heat resistance, 44DDS can be used for curing, and D-230 curing agent can be used if flexibility is required. 

Q: What temperature and for how long do we need to heat the material for liquid consistency? And once it becomes liquid how long will it be stable in liquid condition?

A: Liquid Naphthalene Type Epoxy Resin is easy to cryallize and It is recommended that the resin can be heated at 100 ° C until it is completely melted before use, and it is generally need more than 3 hours. when it completely melted, sealed with nitrogen, and then airtight storage, the liquid state can exist for about 5 days,after one week there is a risk of becoming solid. If you need a liquid state , it is recommended to mix with other varieties of epoxy resin in advance, so that it can be stored in liquid for a long time.
