Epoxy resin is a fundamental material in the electronics industry, widely used across various applications, including electronic components, integrated circuits, LCD displays, optical discs, speakers, magnetic heads, iron cores, battery cases, parabolic antennas, and printed circuit boards.
A key parameter for evaluating the quality of epoxy resins is the total chlorine content. Chlorine is corrosive and highly polar, which can adversely affect the long-term stability and electrical properties of downstream products. High-end, electronic-grade epoxy resins with a total chlorine content of less than 800 ppm are widely used in the semiconductor industry.In addition to chlorine content, viscosity and epoxy equivalent are also critical parameters for ultra-pure epoxy resins. These factors play a crucial role in determining the processing characteristics, mechanical strength, and thermal properties of epoxy resins used in electronic packaging applications.

Low Total Chlorine Content
The total chlorine content of our epoxy resin is below 800 ppm, with some even reaching lower levels, such as below 300 ppm, below 100 ppm, and as low as 50 ppm. This effectively reduces corrosion and improves long-term stability.
Precise Epoxy Equivalent
The epoxy equivalent of our epoxy resin are precisely controled, such as bisphenol A low-viscosity liquid epoxy resin (with an epoxy equivalent range of 170–175 g/eq) and bisphenol A high-viscosity liquid epoxy resin (with an epoxy equivalent range of 180–190 g/eq). This ensures both the chemical stability of the product and optimal processing properties.
Optimized Viscosity
The viscosity of our epoxy resin is suitable, which facilitates processing and application while preserving the mechanical and thermal properties of the encapsulation material. The viscosity of bisphenol A low-viscosity liquid epoxy resin is 3500-4500 mPa.s/25℃ and The viscosity of bisphenol A high-viscosity liquid epoxy resin is 12000-14000 mPa.s/25℃.
